Lip Plumping

We have multiple levels of lip plumping from traditional dermal fillers with Hyaluronic Acid, Laser Lip Plumping (LipLase®), and our favorite, biofiller lip plumping.

Biofiller

Biofiller is a natural facial filler injection. Using a patented Bio-Heat technology, we produce natural facial fillers by heating blood plasma to extend the life and working properties of PRF by several months. We inject these fillers into the lips, creating a natural, safer alternative than dermal fillers. Your appointment will consist of a blood draw, anesthetic in lip areas for comfort, and then application of biofiller (created from your own blood, no chemicals or additives).

Biofiller is a great procedure for creating naturally larger lips.

LipLase®

Non-Invasive Plumping for Fuller Lips without Injectables

LipLase® utilizes laser energy to create fuller, smoother lips by stimulating collagen remodeling, and initiating new collagen synthesis. Because there are no needle injections in the lips, there is no downtime.

Fotona SMOOTH® modality erbium laser provides an immediate response. In contrast to injectable fillers, the LipLase® treatment is non-invasive, and there is nothing artificial as clients develop their own collagen in their lips. With several adjusted passes the characteristics of ‘ideal lips’ can be achieved such as fullness, volume, correct balance between the upper and lower lips and a well-defined vermilion border. For even deeper collagen stimulation Nd:YAG laser is used inside the mouth, which is the safest mode for reaching deeper lying skin tissues, with minimal thermal effect on the surface.

LipLase® is a more natural alternative to dermal fillers and typically requires 3-6 treatment sessions.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are soft tissue injectables administered into the skin to fill in areas that lack volume. They are designed to diminish facial wrinkles and fine lines, and create a fuller, youthful appearance. Facial fillers aim to provide long-lasting skin augmentation outcomes that generally last anywhere from 6 up to 24 months.

FDA-approved fillers are categorized into four main classes:

  1. Hyaluronic Acid
  2. PLLA: Sculptra
  3. CaHA: Radiesse
  4. Polydioxanone Threads (PDO)

At Blossom Medical Aesthetics, we use Hyaluronic Acid products such as Juvederm, Sculptra, and Revanesse® LipsTM +, and PDO threads.
