Blossom Medical Aesthetics wants to keep you informed! Sign up to receive text messages from us about appointment reminders and promotions from time to time.  Appointment reminders will be sent to confirm appointments you have made with us.  Promotions may be sent from time to time, but no more than once or twice monthly.  We may contact you through SMS to answer questions you may have sent us in SMS messaging as well, but only in response to your contacting us first.

• We will send text messages to remind you of your appointments no more than twice for each appointment, and no more than twice monthly for promotions that you may be interested in.
